What happened
Len Grimwood demonstrated setting up his well thought out and quickly set up projection system which is used to show films in rest homes. Well done Len.
10 Minute Competition. Four films were shown.
There was an very positive report from Grant Ward on the recently held Enthusiasts night dealing with Green Screens.
An Exchange Programme from the Protea Video Club of Cape Town was shown. Films made by there club members were of a very high standard.
Film shown included:-
Light in the Window - a story about an innocent man on the run.
Fishy Tales - An award winning film about sea fishing.
Bianca Sunshine - a moving film on child abuse.
When I'm Cleaning Windows - a fun film filmed in the days of S-VHS and edited before computers.
Mr. Hayward then detailed the difficulty he was having getting films back from the club. The President responded and the matter was referred back to the committee.
