At our monthly meeting following our visit to your Club I was given the task of “minute taker” in the absence of our secretary Don Hopward,
It was unanimously agreed that we were very fortunate to have experienced the warm hospitality of your members with the interesting two evenings arranged
we all learnt a little more about our interest / hobby.
We would like you convey our gratitude to President John and your Members for making our visit interesting and memorable.
Hopefully we can look forward to further contact between our Clubs and I am sure you are aware that any of your members would be welcome to pay US a visit.
