What a good start to our year last
month. It is pleasing to see good entries in our competitions.
Competition: Own Choice up to 5 minutes…every entry counts. Don’t hold
back. The things we will be learning in our monthly workshop sessions may be in
the future can be put to the test in your filming as 2015 rolls on.

# GUEST SPEAKER
We are pleased to have Max Quinn,
freelance cameraman specialising in filming natural history documentaries for NHNZ (Natural History). Max will give a presentation on what he
has been up to, accompanied no doubt by some inspiring camerawork examples.
Time will be allocated for questions at the conclusion of the talk. Max is well
known for his outstanding guest speaks…I would recommend that you don’t miss
this.
Ask a friend to come… we want (and he would like I’m sure) a full house at this
meeting!!
