Tonight’s Programme
DON’T FORGET Arthur Richardson entries due end September 2015
# GUEST
SPEAKER
Heather
Bray, Principal Dunedin Family History Group, will give a presentation and
include some screened images….The Dunedin Family History Group, meet once a
month and have very popular programmes. Their purpose is to promote interest
in the field of family history through educational programs, to collect and
disseminate genealogical knowledge and information, and to provide support and
guidance to those trying to research all aspects of their family history.
Look up the latest newsletter under Dunedin
Family History Group (on Google) as I did, and saw a reference to Beverly Begg
Observatory…in which my Grandfather John Campbell Begg was noted!!!
Please support our
club…bring a friend. It is a privilege to have Heather speak at our club…you
can be assured of a very interesting look at aspects of Dunedin’s history (and
even your ancestry?) you may not know.
# WORKSHOP SESSION 2. This will be the second of our workshops for 2015 and will be presented by Andrew Wylie…the broad theme will be the classic errors of film making (which we have all made at some time) with some screened examples. There will be time for Questions and discussion. It is intended that we hold informal workshops within as many meetings as possible through 2015.

our region which recently featured in the news.
