Annual General Meeting – 2012

Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting

of  the Otago Amateur Movie Makers Inc. will be held on

Monday 26 November 2012

at the Mornington Community Centre,

20 Maryhill Terrace, Mornington.

starting at 7.30 pm

The normal business of the annual meeting will take place including:-

1.            Welcome and Apologies

2.            Minutes of last Annual General Meeting to be considered

3.            President’s Report and Financial Accounts to be received

4.            Setting of Annual Subscription

5.            Election of Officers for the ensuing year.

6.            General Business

This shouldn’t take too long.

Following the Annual General Meeting will be:-

                  The presentation of the Awards,  

                    A screening of the two Arthur Richardson entries

                    A couple of  short Christmassy thingies

          Christmas Supper

The two Arthur Richardson entries are of a very high standard and we know you will enjoy both of them.
